AIROSTAR by AirTrack Factory orders are shipped with DPD & PostNL. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

We offer a 30-day consideration period on every order for possible returns. Exchanges can be done within 90-days.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense, you can return the items with any transport company. Articles may also be returned using your own transport, please notify us in advance and use the withdrawal form. When you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via Info@myairostar.com. We will then refund the owed order amount within 30 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Please register your return via email to info@myairostar.com by sending the return form. Please also send the T&T code of the return shipment and place the return form in the return shipment box. This is necessary for the proper receipt of the return shipment and a quick processing of the refund.

Steps for returning your order:

  1. Register your return:

    • Download the return form at the bottom of the page. Send the completed return form via email to info@myairostar.com.
  2. Package the product:

    • Pack the product securely in the original packaging and ensure it cannot be damaged during return shipping.
    • Do not write on the original packaging of the product!
    • Use an outer box to prevent damage to the original packaging!
    • Do not use excessive tape on the original packaging; removing such tape in our warehouse can cause packaging damage!
    • If there is writing on the original packaging, if it is damaged, or if the packaging is damaged, we are unfortunately required to order new packaging and repack the products. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
    • Include a copy of the completed return form in the box.
  3. Ship the product back:

    • A return label can be created with any transport company. The costs for returning an item are at your own expense.
    • Send the package to the address indicated on the return page or the return form.
    • Save the track & trace code of your shipment.
    • Note: Do not forget to mention our email address info@spoelbakhuis.com as the recipient of the package when creating a shipping label. This way, we will automatically receive the track and trace code of your shipment.

Return Exceptions

Please note:

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

a. that have been created by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications; b. that are clearly personal in nature; c. that cannot be returned due to their nature; d. items produced specifically for you, such as custom faucet holes or modifications; e. whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot influence.

Warranty

Products must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition; otherwise, we cannot accept the products back. Please do not tape the package with special tape or other means when you receive your order. We must be able to re-enter the product into our warehouse as a new product if it has not been used. Also, please place the items in a box when returning them.
