Return policy

At AIROSTAR, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow the steps below to return your product. 

Step 1: Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate a return. You can do this via info@myairostar.comIn your subject line add: Return (Order number). If you're returning within 30 days make sure you keep the original box and that the package and airtrack is undamaged.

Step 2: Provide Photo or Video and Reason for Return

Send us a photo or video of the product in either unopened or opened conditions (depending if you already opened the box), along with a brief explanation of why you are returning it. Also include a photo of the box before sending the airtrack back to us. This helps us process your return efficiently and improve our service.

Step 3: Follow up

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Step 4: Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process a full refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

90-Day Free Exchange

In addition to our standard return policy, we offer a free exchange option within 90 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in new condition. Contact our customer service to request an exchange and follow the further steps.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
